FOUNDER

RODRIGO GUTIERREZ

Corialent

12 years ago, Rodrigo decided that the Coca Colas of the world shouldn’t be the only ones who get to have all the fun in the advertising industry. He was sick of all the dull, corporate, navy blue and white B2B work out there. Business people are people too. Corialent specializes in B2B marketing that doesn’t suck. And they want to get the rest of the industry drinking that delicious KoolAid.

How do we achieve balance?

Work-life balance is illusive and many are still trying to define it. Big life changes can often times throw you off whack. How do we balance family and work? How does compassion and kindness effect our lives? What are tools to center ourselves? Moving your mindset from imbalance to balance can change your life. We are bringing together female leaders in a night of conversation to explore tools for how we can all learn to lead from a place of balance.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The We Age events are for conscious leaders who want to lead as their best selves in their personal lives and in their careers, be successful without giving up themselves or their lives, and want to learn new tools for self-management, purpose, empowerment, and resilience. We’re filling the room with women (and men) who want to change the conversation together.

The goal: to change the conversation we have with ourselves and collectively so we can reach our highest creative potential. Let's get the smartest minds in one room, connect and learn from each other, and ultimately lift each other up.

FAQ's:

I'm not a leader, can I still join?

Yes, of course! Leadership to us means showing up as your best self at home or at work.

I'm a man, can I come?

Yes! All We Age speakers are women and we are advancing women forward, but we can't do this without including conscious men in the conversation.

Is this only for millennials?

No, The We Age is open to all ages and experience levels.

I'm not spiritual, can I join?

Yes! The We Age is rooting our discussions in neuroscience and business as well as ancient wisdom.
