We have assembled leaders who are exploring balance: Katherine Ryder, CEO of Maven Clinic who was named Fast Company Most Creative People for her women's healthcare business; Jaclyn Lindsey CEO of Kindness.org who is researching and spreading kindness; Dina Bakst CEO of Better Balance who advocates for work-life balance through law, Catarina da Palma wellness practitioner from Portugal who works one-on-one with clients to balance their energy and moderated by Carolyn Centeno, brand strategist and Founder of The We Age.
How do we achieve balance?
Work-life balance is illusive and many are still trying to define it. Big life changes can often times throw you off whack. How do we balance family and work? How does compassion and kindness effect our lives? What are tools to center ourselves? Moving your mindset from imbalance to balance can change your life. We are bringing together female leaders in a night of conversation to explore tools for how we can all learn to lead from a place of balance.

The We Age events are for conscious leaders who want to lead as their best selves in their personal lives and in their careers, be successful without giving up themselves or their lives, and want to learn new tools for self-management, purpose, empowerment, and resilience. We’re filling the room with women (and men) who want to change the conversation together.
The goal: to change the conversation we have with ourselves and collectively so we can reach our highest creative potential. Let's get the smartest minds in one room, connect and learn from each other, and ultimately lift each other up.
